Hardial, our mum, was a woman with a rich range of wonderful qualities. She was strong, vocal, thoughtful, humble, hard working, full of spirit, determined, supportive, very sociable with lots of friends, and she knew how to laugh. She maintained a career as a teacher and was a warm and loving mother. She loved music, flowers and gardens, cooking and knitting, dancing, watching films, textile prints and Indian fashion.

It was not possible to be in the same building as her and not know she was there, her presence filled our lives and she will be dearly missed. This website is a place where some tributes, memories and reflections wil be collected in her memory, which will live on.
